Le Master en mathématiques et décision économique, d'une durée de deux ans, est le Master en mathématiques appliquées et statistiques de la Toulouse School of Economics. Il bénéficie de la force des départements de mathématiques et d'économie de TSE. L'interdisciplinarité est très importante dans les développements récents de la recherche, par exemple à l'interface entre l'optimisation et les statistiques. Ces développements ont des applications larges et naturelles en économie et dans l'industrie : intelligence artificielle, grandes données, théorie des jeux, analyse en haute dimension, apprentissage machine, analyse de réseaux, analyse stochastique, etc. La première année est consacrée à l'acquisition d'une connaissance large et rigoureuse des mathématiques et des statistiques et de leurs applications en économie. Après la première année, les étudiants peuvent également postuler à d'autres programmes de master de deuxième année à TSE. La deuxième année du Master Data Science for Social Science est particulièrement adaptée à une intégration professionnelle après le Master. Les étudiants qui s'intéressent davantage au doctorat en économie peuvent postuler à la deuxième année du master en théorie économique et économétrie. ***************************************** The two-years Master's program in Mathematics and Economic Decision is the Toulouse School of Economics Master in Applied Mathematics and Statistics. The second year of the Master Data Science for Social Science is particularly suited for a professional integration after the Master. Students who become more interested in the Ph.D. in Economics may apply to the second year of the Master Economic Theory and Econometrics.
